To make group bookings (groups of 10 or more passengers traveling together) easier, you can use this form to inquire about our group rates. We will then contact you by email or phone with details.

• All passengers must travel at least one-way together.
• Any changes are $25.00 +HST per direction, per person.
• No upgrade charges apply.
• No charge for name changes.
• Non-refundable $50.00 deposit per person is required to hold seats.
• Full payment with a list of names is required 30 days prior to departure.
• Group reservations cancelled more than two (2) weeks prior to departure will receive a credit on file (less $50 non-refundable deposit) valid for one year from the original date of purchase.
• Group reservations cancelled less than two (2) weeks prior to departure will forfeit the cost of their airfare - no refunds or credits permitted.
• Checked baggage allowance is 50 lbs. per person. Excess baggage is charged at $1.05 per lb.
• Please indicate if you have any special baggage requirements ie. instruments, sports equipment, hunting or fishing gear, etc.
